Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
i Have brought a flat four years back on loan. loan is on my name and dad is co applicant and am paying loan till date but at time of registration i was registered on both my self and my dads name with out my notice as i dont know registration process and all. recently i have seen the documents and came to know about that . now is it possible to change the documents on to my name even if original is in bank. i want to change the documents as i am not much sure as my brothers will make it done easily later . so please do help me with best and better way to solve it

Hello,
Your father have to declare his share in your favour by gift deed or sale deed and thereafter register the papers with the concerned authority.
Get appropriate registered document from father.
