Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
i brought a plot of land and i was on agreement (not yet registered at that time),immediately i got an offer for same land with some extra price per yard i sold it off on agreement and owner registered to my party ,after few days we came to know that land belongs to government,now the person who brought land from me asking me to pay the money,now please tell me its whose liabilty to pay money

Normally the person with whom your are entered into agreement will only ask/claim from you. However, as the owner himself has directly got the registered, so legally , it is owner liable
