Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
our builder who was supposed to handover physical rebuilt possession of our building during jan'12 in Delhi is still not giving back the keys of our possession though there is penalty clause in the collaboration agreement and the building is almost ready. we tried our best but nothing in our favour.pl advice about litigation (civil/criminal) and other remedy. it has over two yrs now. thanks
