Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My building currently has 6 floors. The builder wants to build an additional 3 floors but his plans are not yet approved.
He has however denied me the right to purchase a stilt parking and has sold them to the provisional purchasers of the floors that he is still to receive permission to build. Ca he deny me this right ?

He cannot deny your right, provided parking is available. Additional constructions without permission can be stopped. Contact local lawyer.

No he cannot deny ur rights and cannot sold the common land of parking.
