Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
The building i have purchased a flat in is delayed. builder is offering "virtual posession: if I clear all dues and pay society& Maintenance charges to permit me to do the interiors. is this legally permitted?
He further wants me to indemnify him if there are any claims on him for having given me this virtual posession. is this legal?

There is nothing illegal about this kind of a contract. Of course, the terms should depend upon your mutual agreement.
