Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Is business partition made or done by arbitrators who all are relatives of hindu joint family is valid under law when all 3 parties to the partition were present and signed in a paper agreeing their share of business.But the paper in which partition argeement was made is not notary authorised or made in any currency of stamp paper. its a normal paper.
