Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I am about to buy a 6 in 1 building flat in 2nd floor with a private terrace.This terrace has entrance only from my Hall of 2BR flat.Do I have legal ownership of this Terrace when I buy this flat. The builder is offering this flat with the terrace.

As advised you earlier that prima facie you have become the owner of the terrace as no one else or neighbours would be in a position to use it as the entrance to terrace is through your hall.
