hi,
i am about to buy a land, hows bainama is not done. Whats are the things, i have to keep in mind, before buying that, and to make sure, it will be only owned by me.

you must first check the title of the seller, or the chain of title. check who is in possession. it is seller who must be in possession and has the capacity to sell and hand you over the possession. It is good to check the circle rate of the land also so that minimum stamp duty must be paid. Take your two witnesses for the bainama registration. Make payment by bank draft.
