I want to buy a piece of land thru sealed tender of a property getting auction under SARFAESI. Kindly let me know different legal aspects that I need to take care before I participate in the bidding process. Thanks in advance for your help

Normally such auctions are on "as is where is" basis.
If there are any defects in the title of the property under auction, then you may have serious problems. Have title thoroughly investigated before bidding.
