Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
want to buy a plot from individual.we want to make this a clear and safe sale deed.how can we proceed. do we need to do jahir notice followed by search report by lawyer .how much amount of money should be given to make mou or agreement to sale?if suppose seller does not turn up for sale deed then is that money refundable to buyer ?also if while processing bank loan ,if bank finds some problem /claim in property then what can we do ?
