How to buy a property & what caution should take care during verification
This is first time I am looking for a property land/flat or house. I don't have any idea what is the procedure of buy a property. Since, I have no knowledge that's why I am scared. Scared of being cheated buy property dealer. As it hapens frequently here, even with experienced person. If they hide any information or drop any important step during documentation then it cost me a huge loss and I can't afford same again, so please I need your advice.
1. What kind of cautions / verification should I take care and how.
2. How many way can a person be cheated during buy a property and to avoid.

There are so many things and matters required to be looked into for purchase of an immovable property.
