Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I wish to buy a property. Property is owned by a widow. she has 3 children-two majors and one minor. All the 4 have share in the property. The mother has not got any permission from the court to sell the property. My question is whether we can buy this property now. if we buy, what problems will come in future by the minor. Please advise.

You should purchase minor's share only after the seller has obtained court's permission in accordance with law.

not even minor, even the major have a share in the property and cannot be sold without the express consent of major and the minor can repudiate the sale after he attains majority. seems a bad deal.
