Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I want to buy a room in Mumbai which is under pagdi system, ttdeveloper has already approached the chawl and issued notice to the same saying that no one should sell the room but to him in this circumstances can I take the tenancy rights from the existing tenant and wait for property to get developed, then use my rights to get it transferred on my name, or else what is the other way to get this room transferred on my name
Please note that existing Tennant is ready to cooperate in any way.
Will their be any hindrance due to above when MHADA comes for the survey before preparing the final tenant list.
