Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I wish to buy a row house inside a society. This society has apartments as well as row houses.

I want to know will there be any issues in case the building needs to be re-constructed (may be after 50 years)? Will I be at loss at that time as compared to flat owners?

Will it be more beneficial to buy a independent bungalow instead?
