my buyer for my flat who did not execute the agreement which i terminated has hidden the fact that the agreement is terminated and have filed a police complaint.
the police was harrassing me a lot and i gve a written response to their queries through my lawyer. but since their harassment did not stop i have taken an interim ABA.
will this make my case week. the agreemnet which is the guiding factor for the transaction was registered and I had terminated the same when it went past the given time limit for payment. i also informed the buyer to take back his earnest money and sign the cancellation deed which the buyer has avoided till now.
what is the way out...the police has been directed to file a report by the court and am worried...

in case the agreement was registered, was that terminated through a registered cancellation deed only or not. in case yes, you may go for quashing of the f.i.r.
