Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I am an buyer in one of the group housing schemes in Ghaziabad.

Following are some details about the building.

1) The building is a residential building and part of a group housing scheme.

2) The building stands 20 floors tall. The building is approximately (3 * 20) 60 meters in height. There are many such towers within the group housing society.

3) It is in Ghaziabad, Uttar pradesh, India.

4) There are 4 flats on every floor of the building, 2 flats facing north and 2 flats facing south.

5) There is pathway/street on both sides (north and south) of the building.

6) There are other tower buildings on either side (east and west) of the building forming a string of towers.

What is the mandatory minimum width of the street on north and south of the residential tower building as per the building code applicable to buildings in ghaziabad . How much of this minimum width could be encroached by compounding. I would imagine that the Ghaziabad Vikas Pradhikaran Bhavan Nirman Avam Vikas Upvidhi 2008 would be applicable. The last approved plan of this building is of year 2009.

Thanking you,

Mahesh
