I am buying an Panchayat Approved plot in Padalam 70 Km from Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

I need to know is Panchayat Approved Plot can be converted to DTCP Approved.

If yes, say what is the procedure and charges to convert it in Tamil nadu - India.
