I am buying a property on which seller has a GPA registered. he will be registering that property to me. Is this safe?

you need to check the GPA thoroughly whether the same has been revoked by the executor or not as GPA is just an authority to sell but the GPA holder is not the owner. it is advisable that you seek the consent of executor of GPA as well, in writing.
