Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
HI,
We are buying a property worth of 38Lakhs of which we are going to register only for 23L and rest we are giving it as a black money.
We are doinga agreement for the 23L but owner is not agreeing for a agreement for 15L instead he is telling that he will give us half sale deed for that 15L.
Is it safe to proceed like this, or will it cause a problem to us in any way. We are in a hurry please reply as soon as possible.

As per your question ur making an agreement for 23L thats fine. Rest 15 L can be deposited to the trust worthy person whom the seller and you both agrees and then when you under go for execution of registraion process then make the rest payment.
