Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
As per Bye-law the committee memebrs has to signed the bonds. But, our soceity has done so far. The committee is challenging that the bond is not required. So many correspondances were made to the Registrar of Co-Op Housing society, M ward, 2nd Floor, CBD Belapur, Konkan Bhavan. But, no action has taken against the Committee. Every time, the Dy. Regisgtrar is assuring that he will send an order to dismiss the committee. The matter is pending appx. 1 year. Your valuable suggestion please.

First file an RTI application and get all details. If he refuses then appeal against it.
Once you have all the details you can approach the cooperative court
