Cancellation of flat booking

Dear Sir,

I booked one flat in Pune a year back, also gave advance of 1 Lak

Due to some family problem (medical emergencies), I decided to cancel the booking of the flat,

I haven�t made any agreement with builder,

I have question that shall I get 100% of the amount I paid to book after cancelation of flat?

If not then how much I will expect?

There is any law related to this situation?

Please share it.

It is depend upon the agreement whether is any clause upon this point included in your agreement , if there is any clause then it is decided upon that clause otherwise it will be adjudged according to the justice, equity and good conscience.
