Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Is cancellation of release deed possible. A father got release deed from his three children s and after that he says he will give the property to any one as his like.
Then the law of all children has equal right is no meaning. Is this correct.

if a deed is actuated by fraud, then alone it could be cancelled or revoked and not otherwise. The children had equal right which is meaningful and that is why the children had to execute the release deed. that is to say the equal right given to children under law was released by them in favour of their father so as to make him the absolute owner.
