Cancellation of Settlement Deed

Can a Settlement Deed for the property of a Settlor made in favour of her son and grandson be cancelled at a later date by the Settlor itslelf if the property has not been handed over to the beneficiaries and the Settlor continues to enjoy uninterrupted continuous possession of the above property?

I have not come across terms as "settlement deed" or "settlor" in Indian law / TPA. Please educate me the basis of your using these terms.

If the "Settlement Deed" means "Family Settlement", then it may be changed if the possession is not taken over by the Beneficiary or handed over by the Settler.
