Car parking problem in my flat.
Our flat has 2 storey . upper two storey is above 810 sq feet. Only 2 carpark space is available. Builder sold one car park for 2 storey people.Am in first storey. But during document registration, he had taken out the word"include car park" in the document. But we never see and sign the document. Later we came to know this problem. Now Ground floor people is (600 Sq Feet ) argue with us and saying the car park is their one. They said , bought from builder.
In my document common area is mentioned. Builder forget to take out "specification flooring of car park" in my documents. Now my questions is
common area means include car park. I am having "specification car park flooring "in my document.
Will you please advice us what we should do? my builder is more rude to us. mail to [email protected]
