Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

In my case, my grandfather has four sons. At first my mother married to 3rd son of my grandfather and i am the only daughter from them. After 2 years of my birth my father expires and my mother married to 4th son of my grandfather who was unmarried at that time. Now they have two sons both are under 18. My grandfather also expires few years before and my grandmother was now dividing her property into 3parts. I want to ask you whether my grandfathers property will be divided into 3 parts or in 4 parts according to Hindu rituals. My name is soni and i am 24 years old married women. My question is whether paternal property divide into 4 parts or i can get only share from my stepfathers property.

Much would depend on date of death of grandfather, nature of his properties and whether he made a Will or not.

As daughter of a predeceased son, you have share in the property of grandfather, if he died intestate.
