In case of joint ownership of flat, whether first owner can nominate second owner as Nominee? If so, Nomination Form is to be signed by both or by first owner nly.

You should contact the concerned authorities maintaining records-of-rights. If it is a society flat, you may approach the society office for necessary formalities.

how can the owner be considered a nominee. you can include a clause that after the death of one co owner, the other becomes the absolute owner of his share.
