here is a case in which a plot comprising 4 marla of A,and 6 marla of B,this plot A sold to C of 10 marla the same plot sold by B to D of 10 marla it results into 2 owners of same plot,kindly advice what they can do,can they get their money or plot.thankr

this is a clear case of fraud and forgery. an f.i.r can be lodged and also the suit for recovery can be filed.
