Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

if in a case against property where a registered gift deed had been challenged and the court has disposed the case in notice of motion , but the final orders are not recieved shall i proceed to purchase that property ? the society has transferred the share certificate on the basis of notice of motion.can there be claims later on
