Dear Sir / Madam,

The way forward is to write a letter to the Structural Engineer in your concerned Municipality requesting for appointment of a building surveyor who will assess the safety of the multi-level residential property and submit a Vulnerability Report.

You will then have to request the Hon. Secretary of your Society to table the above report in the General Body meeting of the Society for discussion and approval of the members to redevelop the Society's building.
