Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

In a case of Urban land ceiling Act, MP State Govt after Dismissal of its IInd appeal filed in High Court, filed an SLP with Supreme court, which was summarily rejected. Now can State Govt file any review of SLP in Supreme Court or any other court.
