Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Is there any cases passed by the High or Supreme Court. supporting that Sub-delegation of powers are very much valid... or its ok (valid) law to sub-delgt the POA (provided its has power). and the sub-delg attorney can act on it and its valid.
