Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Challange by other Court?
My mother has transfered half portion of her property ( which she got through my father's Registered Will) in my name through Permanent Lok Adalat's Decree with her presentation and signature. Can this Decree be cancelled, challenged or Reviewed by the same or other (Session or High) Court after 90 days?

Re: Challange by other Court?
There is no limitation for challenging a decree, if it is alleged to have been obtained by fraud. However, the future events are always uncertain; and till challenged, the decree will carry full force.
