can i challenged my grand father's totally ancestral property will after 21yr of grandfather's death my present age is 37yr.

hi to all respected persons,

please read full matter, mein poori detail eng mein nahi likh paa raha iske liye sorry,

1. mere grand father ke pass jo jamin thi bho unhe unke pita ji se mili thi lakin marne se pehle woh mere chacha ke naam will kar gaye saari jamin grand father ke marne ke baad chacha ko mil gayi.

2. grand father 89 mein expire hue.

3. phir chacha ki bhi achank mout ho gayi. uske baad woh saari jamin meri chachi, unka ladka aur beti ko mill gayi. present mein bhi unke hi naam hai aur unke hi kabje mein hai, chacha ki mout 93 mein hui.

4. 1994 ko mere pita ne un teeno ke naam CJM court mein case file kar diya, bho case abhi chal hi raha tha ki mere pita ji ki bhi mout ho gayi 10 oct 2001 mein, uske baad hamari taraf se us case ko handle karne koi nahi gaya aur woh case august 2002 mein dismissed kar diya gaya.

5. 2001 ke baad mein chacha ke ladke se jamin wapis lene ke liye request karta raha lakin koi fayda nahi hua.

Ab kya mein us case ko reopen kar sakta hoon ya mein anye sire se case file kar sakta hoon agar haan to kaise. aur kya possibilty hain is case mein mere liye.local advocate bol rahein hain ki will chalange karne ka time 12yr hai joaapke case mein khatam ho gaya hai, aur case bhi reopen nahin ho sakta hai LAKIN JO WILL BANI HAI ARAR WOH INVALID HAI TO USKO CHALLANGE HI KISLIYE KARNA HAI ANASTRAL PROPERTY PAR WILL HO NAHIN SAKTI AISA BHI SUNA HAI. * july augst tak ho sakta hai woh jamin power project mein aa sakti hai {dam} project wale private land lene ke paper ready kar rahe hain plz. jaldi meri help kijiye.............

in case the property is ancestral, you have a right in the property and you may file a suit for partition and also seek a stay against your uncle from disposing off the property
