Change the Title.
I want to change the name of my father to my name on the domestic electricity bill, water bill, house tax etc. my father gave me that house through Registered Will. I file suit to Probate the Will and got the decree on my name but in another court my brother challanged this decree and got ''status-quo''. In this situation can i apply to the concern department to change title on bills?

No. In view of order of "status quo" by a Court, your acting on Will may amount to contempt of court.

No, till the order of 'status quo' is continuing, you may want to wait for making any changes in title.

once status quo is granted, you cannot change the name on the electricity connection. wait for the final outcome of the case.
