what are the charges taken by the government in way of stamp papers/ franking etc for a release document for releasing 15 % of a property jointly owned by several people in favour of oen of the owners? example.... A, B , C AND D own 15%, 15%, 25% and 45% each ina property. A wishes to release his 15% in favour of B. Both A and B are brother in law and sister in law. what is the cost for the release deed in percentage in Maharashtra?
