Dear Sir / Madam,
Laws are common and uniform to all in a secular country like India; and not to any particular sect or religion. In India, one does not gain any special concessions or privileges by virtue of his / her religion. To answer your latter question, the provisions of the transfer of property act will apply to a christian organization just as it would apply to an organization of any other particular religion.
