CIDCO TRANSFER RESALE I want to buy a flat but the builder has not done the cidco transfer so the society ha not been formed. The owner of the flat says she will get a NOC from Builder and do he Conveyance deed from CIDCO. Is it really possible...

Check with CIDCO, if they allow this or not. Approach their law officer or file an RTI application asking relevant questions.
