City survey record
I am staying here in Mumbai since 10 years. MY father have purchased plot in my native place in ahmednagar district in 1982 and the agreement is registered and signed in front of registrar.
Couple of days back the city survey officers came and told my father that the plot is not registered with city survey department and it is not givernment land.
We have 7/12 in my fathers name and we have been paying all taxes since the plot purchased.
The plot is in my fathers name on grampanchayat record but the city survey officers says that has no value.
What is the solution now?

Appears to be trick to get some money.
Consult local lawyer and proceed.
