Regarding claim for my grandfather''father property

We r in joint family.Our house is in the name of my father''s grandfather name.There s no will.My grandfather is die 3 yrs ago.Now My father''s uncle r planning for sell.Now can i claim for myself for father''s grandfather property.Is there any rule to stop them for selling house

You have to get status quo orders against all the share holders of the property to stop them from selling it.

yes file a claim by filing partition petition in the court take a stay order to stop them to sell the property

Yes. You may file a suit for partition of the property claiming your share; and meanwhile pray for a stay of alienation from selling by any share holder.
