Claim of self occupied property

A person having two sons and on daughter had prepared his property will in the name of one, who had never transferred the property in his name, when he was alive. Now the will holder expired. Whether other son and daughter can claim their share ?

Whether property owner is alive. whether there is any other person in the family of deceased son. plz explain.

as the property was self acquired and the will was in the name of one, others cannot make any claim over the property. only the legal heirs of deceased son have right over the property after his death.

The law of inheritance will follow. If the WILL beneficiary has died intestate, other legal heirs may be entitled to inherit the property.

Your case shall be applied by the law of inheritance.Only the WILL holder's legal heirs can own the poperty.

the will is executed only after the death of the person who makes it so if the will is in the name of one son the son will only claim it and if the son dies then his legal heirs will claim i.e his wife children
