a claim petition filed on 13.1.1999. MACT decided it on 28.10.2001. Respondent no.1 sold his property on 13.4.1999. said property was attached in the year 2010 without notice to purchaser. He filed objections, which were dimissed on the ground of lis pendes. whether lis pendes applies, when the property was not involved in the claim petiton.

If property attach after sale then no pendesapply and u may go to appellate court and send m the copy of order and other details so I can guide u properly and u may contact m.
