Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I would like to claim the share of my father from the property of my Grandfather (from which my father has already been thrown out by my grandfather) & as per grandfather�s will, the owners of the property now are my two uncles who are younger than my father. Grandmother is alive.
Now I don�t have healthy relations with my father & step mother as they object/ dislike if I meet my real mother whom my father divorced in 1993. Now he wants to throw me out from the house which he has no right. He is forcing my grandmother along with my elder uncle to share the property among three of them. My younger uncle & three aunts out of four are not having good relations with both my father & my elder uncle. Only one aunt is with them. Aunts have no intentions to claim any share in the property till date.
Please advice.
