Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Clearification needed/.

I HAVE REGD. CONVEYANCE DEED OF THE HOUSE IN MY NAME.hOwever the money 4 acquisition was not spent by me.Neither I had any source of income at the time when the same was acquired by me. In fact AT THAT TIME i WAS STUDENT & unmarried. the full money was paid by father from his funds by the father.We r hindu. Is this an HUF PROPERTY OR i M THE OWNER OR I HAVE 2 PROVE TITLE TO THE PROPERTY?
