My client has CGHS society flat in Faridabad.he has got share certificate endorsed in his name and sale deed of the flat. Bank is asking for ptm from HUDA, however huda does not maintain any record of individual unit holder of society. Member has taken ptm from society but bank is still refusing for disbursal. Please suggest is there any law/provision wherein after getting conveyance deed /sale deed member does not require any ptm from huda

In case of society, there can not be any sale deed/conveyance deed of flat in favour of any member. Society is and continues to be owner/lessee of building and land.
As far as HUDA permission is concerned, you need to check terms of allotment of land by HUDA to Society. If no permission is contemplated in that, then no permission is necessary.
