Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
i own a commercial place ,but it was rented out in 1961,i was paid cash as rent ,then i started getting cheque,a meagre amount of 2400/-,i lost my business and since i have no place to run my business and i am on rented premises ,i asked my tenant to either increase my rent so that i could also meet my two ends or vacate my premises for me to run my business ,he refuses both,how can i get my place back because it is in of the prime locations.if i have my place i save my rent and start making my living.

In cases like yours, only remedy is to approach the court with appropriate suit.
