Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I own one commercial property in a CO.Op. Hsg Society which named my commercial property as godown.

I have question taht can I use this godown as coaching classes or not

This godown can be used other than stocking goods, the word godown has its literal meaning in CO.Op. Act or just a commercial property?

Can any member of society or Elected members appose my act?
