commercial use of residential flat

whether any flat owner is able to use his flat for commercial use partly without societies permission

Prior permission is required from Municipal Authorities for the conversion of status of property. Society cannot change the status of property.

No its not possible without the socities persmission.

The society can grant persmission to advocates or doctors who can consult only.

A residential flat can not be used for commercial purposes even with the permission of society.

Permission of change of user can be applied for and obtained from concerned municipal authorities.
