what are common spaces in an apartment? Can there be private terrace ownership in an apartment ? if yes in case of leackage in the flat below terrace due to aging of the building who is supposed to do the needful? Society or individuals? Pl guide as for the flat below it is his roof where as the terrace is as told by the developer is private
