Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Actually I want to know can any concerned party withdraw or ask for cancellation the Partition Deed (PD)which is submitted for registration with sub registrar, Delhi within two or three days of its submission., because some deals which are to be completed after the PD documents are submitted to Registrar office for regn.and than the said deals are denied by the other party. A dealer approached me and told about the same. Pl clarify.Thanks

once the same is registered, it is advisable to approach the court for cancellation of the partition deed.
