Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I am constructing a commerical property for lease.I do not want to get into the issues of tenancy.What should be the lease agreemeent such that there wont be any hassles in evicting the tenants if I have issues.

You need to get yourself acquainted with Rent Laws made applicable by State Govt for the area in which property is situated and decide.
